Our cases are created by our graphic designer who is highly passionate about the latest fashion trends.

• What material are your shells made of?

Our unique shell is made from sturdy materials. The protection is made of hard polycarbonate and TPU plastic.

• Where are you delivering?

We deliver throughout Metropolitan France as well as in the following countries, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Luxembourg. Exceptions exist in some areas of Spain and Portugal, please refer to our shipping policy.

• What are the delivery times?

As soon as your order is shipped, allow 3 to 15 working days for your package to be delivered.

• What are the shipping costs?

Deliveries to metropolitan France and Belgium are free. Charges apply for deliveries to Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Luxembourg, please refer to our shipping policy available on the legal page.

RETURNS

• What is the return policy?

You have the right of withdrawal of 14 days for the products concerned. For more information, go to our "return policy" in the legal page.

• How do I return a product?

To return a product to us simply go to your customer account bull. For this follow these instructions.

1- Click on the following links: https://monespace.bullprotection.fr

2- Log in to your bull account by entering the email that you provided when you placed your order.

3- Enter the code we send you.

4- Once connected to your bull account, click on the button "request a return" which is below the order you wish to send back. (If the button "request a return" does not appear, please send an email to EquipeBullProtection@outlook.fr)

5- Select the reasons for your return. and click on the button "request a return".
